Not transparent about certain things with the new car. Things that were said were not true also. For instance it could have been explained that the vehicle was eligible for the luxury car tax, yet all the paperwork that I viewed suggested not.

I didn't receive a video from the technician as promised. Nether did I receive a copy of the service invoice or vehicle health check. I subsequently asked for a copy of both. All I received was an invoice to EMAC for the MOT and not the servce.

I was told work around my hand brake needed doing that I'm not sure I believe (£1k +).. and then despite being told that the car had been road tested it was immediately obvious the tyre pressure was low and when I got home the hand brake didn't work

Booking in the car, picking up the loan car and settling the bill on collection were all straighforward. The Service Adviser, James, was excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient. And the car felt good driving it home!

I'm disappointed that staff told me I should not have service on Saturday or car return after 1pm. He said the people help booking the appointment was wrong. It is ridiculous. I insisted my right for the service and he then finally apologised.

As usual BMW not interested in older BMWs. Replacing 2no rubber bushes took two full days and went into a third. I also asked for the front off side suspension to be checked as it was making a noise, but that wasn't done!

Poor customer service. Car went in for a diagnostic assessment, i was assured that i would be contacted with updates. No updates received despite ringing and leaving several messages. Eventually discovered it would not be ready to collect that day.
