My service and MoT was carried out on time. The complimentary valeting and car wash was a nice touch. The waiting area was a welcome oasis well stocked with refreshments and crucial on a hot day. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

I recently found that the intake air filter box was not put back correctly. Two securing grommets had been forced out of the moulding and the air box was not located on the rubber ball at the base of the box. This has never happened before.

Hello. So not the greatest. Not any single persons fault. 1. So I was the one who identified what I thought was the problem (transfer case fluid). I am not an engineer. 2. This was done. But was this because I s to suggested or due to engineer?

Bodyshop work outsourced to a nominated supplier in Beckenham. Courtesy car good make and model. Kept fully updated on progress of work by Mark Hayward who was friendly and helpful. Major problem at BMW dealerships as they do not answer the phone.
