Overall we were very satisfied - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service without a hard sell. However we did not take in the insurance offer correctly - please double check this with every customer.

Large showroom, helpful staff, good handover. My only real criticism was the finances. I knew approx what I should be paying, but the first quote was ridiculously high. Of course we got to the right price eventually but a long and tedious process

First class however disappointed that the electric battery on the hybrid was only 2/3rds full - it should have been fully charged.

Asked for confirmation of work carried out not provided. Were chased to bring the bmw in for a recall despite being in garage two days before for a recall.

I did not receive an update on the vehicle during the day of the service . The health check email was only sent to me once I arrived to pick up. I had to also ask for the car to be valeted as it had been released from the workshop without a clean.
