Nadia was EXCEPTIONAL. She is the sole reason I drive to the Tunbridge Wells dealership (I have at least 2 BMW dealerships that a closer). This is the second BMW I have bought from Nadia. Her serve is FAULTLESS. A real asset to the dealership.

We had to take the car back, because we had issues with the off peak charging. The engineer didn't think there was anything wrong and we ended up sorting out the problem ourselves..
