I was in the showroom collecting my car from service asked to see Dan he came and gave me all the options on the car I liked. We looked at several options.

Alot of people I have spoken too.have always said that taking my car to Stratstone bmw will cost me alot more than a normal garage. But all prices are reasonable for the work If done. What makes it differant is tech. Bmw know the car and updates.

They were slow, dismissed my concerns regarding the faults with the car, told me the BMW warranty doesn't cover defects with my car, told me to try to recover money from Vines, and then ignored all correspondence
