Dan was awesome. Right from the original booking to discuss the car to the delivery and handover (even during the period where he had his first child!) Dan was attentive, a great communicator and super professional.

The BMW centre were brilliant, especially Cassidy Roberts, who saved and resurrected my faith in BMW. The 9th car had many problems and faults making me nervous of driving the thing. Cassidy arranged the hand back and resolution. She is a star.

Alot of people I have spoken too.have always said that taking my car to Stratstone bmw will cost me alot more than a normal garage. But all prices are reasonable for the work If done. What makes it differant is tech. Bmw know the car and updates.

They were slow, dismissed my concerns regarding the faults with the car, told me the BMW warranty doesn't cover defects with my car, told me to try to recover money from Vines, and then ignored all correspondence

Very good. This dealership has been transformed under the new owners. Same people, but massively improved systems. I used to come here, but as the car got older there were other options. The technician video was excellent.

I had to wait up to 2 weeks for my car to be fitted with the correct parts as there was not the correct part to mount my turbo on correctly, again I would expect a BMW garage to have every tools needed for any job on any car.

I was offered complementary inside/out car wash. It looked like it was forgotten, and only on the day when I arrived and asked about, it looked like it was done fairly poorly in five minutes or so. Not washed at all, just quickly sprayed with water.
